We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for all US orders except: Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Method: LTL freight.
Shipping Time: 4-7 working days (for Hawaii/Alaska: 4-9 working days)

Unfortunately once an order has been received we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address as to we are working quickly to get your order to you. We only deliver to the United States and Canada (as applicable) and may not be able to deliver to all locations therein. You acknowledge and agree that all shipping dates in any communications from us (including as stated in our Terms) are estimates and subject to change. We do not represent or warrant that we will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. We are not responsible for any LTL delays in delivery. We will do everything to satisfy you so that you receive the ordered items as soon as possible. You understand and agree that currently we are not able to commit to a fixed shipping or delivery date and you will be notified of updates to the same in accordance with the notice provisions of these Terms. In the event that a delay arises for any reason, foreseen or unforeseen, and the estimated shipment and/or release dates for the Product are not met, we will not be liable for any losses or damages that may occur due to the delay or cancellation of the Product, and we will not be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays or cancellations.
We utilize a variety of LTL carrier options, and as a result, not all deliveries are the same. To accommodate this, and prepare you for delivery acceptance, you will receive a tracking email with links to instructions to track your delivery. Always indicate your correct telephone number to facilitate the carrier to set up an appointment for delivery.
We may not be able to have your order shipped to a post office box, to certain addresses or on certain days. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments. It is not possible to collect in person, the goods leave the warehouses automatically.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
